These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BeyondCorp Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus at Pygmalionos 51, 8046 Paphos ("Roamly", "we"), governing your access to and use of the Roamly mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using Roamly you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. The Service
- Roamly provides software that lets you purchase, install and manage eSIM profiles from third-party carriers.
- Roamly also lets you rent virtual phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes.
- Connectivity itself is supplied by independent telecommunications operators. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on them and on your device.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and billing
- All purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase under Apple's standard terms.
- Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required.
- Data packs are typically valid for a fixed period (e.g. 7, 15 or 30 days) starting from activation.
- Auto-renewable plans renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple ID settings.
5. Refunds
Because eSIM data and virtual numbers are digital, perishable services that begin delivery immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the service has been activated. Refund requests for non-activated plans are handled directly by Apple under its App Store refund policy. We are happy to assist you — contact [email protected].
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Use virtual numbers to impersonate another person, evade lawful identification, or commit financial crime.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the app.
- Interfere with the Service, our infrastructure, or our carrier partners' networks.
- Bypass usage limits, throttling, or fair-use rules of any data pack.
7. User-generated content
Any content you submit (support messages, reviews, feedback) is your responsibility. You grant Roamly a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Carrier terms
Each data pack and virtual number is subject to the terms and acceptable-use policies of the underlying carrier. By activating a plan you accept those terms in addition to these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Roamly, the Roamly logo, and the app interface are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that any specific data speed, signal level, or SMS delivery will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeyondCorp Ltd from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Active plans that are forfeited as a result of your violation are non-refundable.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version inside the app and on this page. Material changes take effect 14 days after publication. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paphos, Cyprus, except where consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
16. Apple-specific terms
- These Terms are between you and Roamly, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the latter prevails.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
